«Je peux le faire» - Trump déclare qu’il est possible de créer une urgence nationale pour construire le mur

Lors de la conférence de presse d’aujourd’hui, on a demandé directement à Trump s’il envisageait d’utiliser des pouvoirs d’urgence pour construire le mur sans approbation du Congrès. La réponse était un oui sans équivoque.

Trump a dit qu'il l'avait envisagé et qu'il pouvait le faire. Il a dit que cela s'appelait une "urgence nationale" et qu'il "pouvait le faire":




Trump dit qu’il préférerait construire le mur via une négociation avec le Congrès. C’est pourquoi il le poursuit depuis la fermeture du gouvernement.

Mais il est clair qu'il croit pouvoir le faire et je pense que s'il le ferait longtemps, il le fera. Mais compte tenu des batailles potentielles qui en résulteraient, je ne pense pas qu’il soit pressé de suivre cette voie.

    Do it now! How much more of an emergency can the situation get? There is a grieving young wife with orphaned children who is thinking it's a pretty big emergency today.
