  Atoms for Peace  is the newish project from Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and producer/multi-instrumentalist Nigel Godrich, who—along with Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea, percussionist Mauro Refosco, and drummer Joey Waronker—recently released their debut album,  AMOK .   Paula Pell has been writing for  Saturday Night Live  for the past 17 years. This year she’s working on two movie scripts—one of them’s with  Judd Apatow .   Judd Apatow produced and wrote  Freaks and Geeks , which should have lasted forever and instead got canceled after one season. But he also wrote and directed some hugely successful movies, including  The 40-Year-Old Virgin  and  Knocked Up , produced movies like  Bridesmaids , and is currently an executive producer of  Girls .   I really, really like her so I don’t want to take issue with this but it did bother me that she seemed to be placing the blame on the girl for the guy’s desires. Kind of telling her she is responsible for how he feels and should moderate her behaviour in order not to encourage him.
