President-elect Trump is again trying to woo Canada to become the 51st American state with big promises of no tariffs and much lower taxes as well as protection from potential enemies like Russia and China. This comes after Justin Trudeau resigned as Prime Minister today. Trump mentioned Trudeau’s resignation saying, “The United States can no longer suffer the massive Trade Deficits and Subsidies that Canada needs to stay afloat.
